COVID-19 Testing Expanded in Crater Health District

Crater Health District recently announced more COVID-19 testing availability. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Call 804-862-8989 to register for a testing appointment.

  • Walk-ups may be accommodated based on testing supplies.

  • Appointments are highly encouraged.

  • Tests are available on a first-come, first-served basis at no cost to the patient

  • No insurance needed

  • The testing events will use the three-day PCR test.

  • A rapid test option is not available.

The following are upcoming COVID-19 testing sites:

- Wednesday, January 19th

- 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 709 West Atlantic Street, Emporia, VA

- 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 233 South County Drive Waverly, VA

- Wednesday, January 26

- 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 400 Cavalier Square Hopewell, VA

- 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at 1200 West Washington Street Petersburg, VA

The following are upcoming COVID-19 Antigen Testing Kit Distribution dates:

- Friday, January 14

- 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 13516 Boydton Plank Road Dinwiddie, VA

- 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 4951 Mt. Sinai Road Prince George, VA
